Are you products manufactured in the USA?
Yes, all products are manufactured in Broomfield, CO.
What is your Standard Lead time?
We generally quote two to three weeks depending on volume ordered, however we strive to provide customer satisfaction and will expedite shipments upon request at no charge when possible.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes the MOQ on readers is 10 and the MOQ on credentials is 200. If the order is smaller then the minimum required quantity, WaveLynx will apply a small order processing fee.
How do I make changes to an order?
You may make changes as long as the order is not in production being built, please contact Catherine Carducci @ ccarducci@wavelynxtech.com.
Can I cancel an order?
If the order is for standard product it may be canceled or returned for a 10% restocking fee. If the order is for custom products all orders are final once they have gone into production.

What is your return policy?
- Products that are being returned under warranty, may be returned with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) that is issued from WaveLynx Operations. Please contact Catherine Carducci for an RMA.
- Product that is ordered in error or no longer needed may be returned for a 10-25% restocking fee depending on whether it’s standard or custom key product.
Can I get an advanced replacement if necessary?

Is there an additional cost per card for LEAF credentials?
No.
Is there an additional cost for WaveLynx LEAF enabled readers?
Yes, there is an upcharge for Custom Key Management services of $98/reader MSRP. This is a one-time fee per reader for a lifetime of custom key management support and services.
Can you provide credentials with custom artwork?
Yes, you must complete the credential order form along with a custom artwork form in order to process. Please contact Catherine Carducci for the forms and to discuss your custom artwork needs: ccarducci@wavelynxtech.com.
